Job Description

Production Associate – Heavy Lifting | Filling & Seaming 
We are seeking Production Associates for a physically demanding role in the Filling and Seaming department at our food processing facility. This position involves heavy lifting, operating in a fast-paced production environment, and supporting daily manufacturing operations.
Position Details:
  • Shift: 1st Shift or mid-afternoon Shift
  • Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Saturday (must be available to work up to 6 days per week)
  • Saturday availability is required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle heavy materials and assist with product filling and seaming operations
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced production line environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Must report by 8:00 AM on the first day to complete and pass a comprehensive test
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
