Seasonal Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary
We are hiring Seasonal Manufacturing Associates to support production during our busy season. This role requires machine operating experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts and pay rates available:
1st shift: $17/hr
2nd Shift: $17.50/hr

Responsibilities
• Operate production machines safely and efficiently
• Load materials and monitor equipment during runs
• Perform basic adjustments and report issues
• Inspect products and remove defects
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Assist with general production tasks as needed

Requirements
• Machine operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends during peak season
Work Environment

• Fast-paced production floor
• PPE required (provided)
