Join our team as a Machine Operator and play a vital role in our state-of-the-art production facility!

What You'll Do:
  • Expertly run and oversee manufacturing equipment that supplies raw materials, and/or fills, caps, seals, labels, or packages our high-quality products.
  • Maintain vigilant product inspection processes, ensuring every item meets our rigorous quality standards.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep production equipment running efficiently, minimizing downtime.
  • Proactively remove damaged products or supplies as needed to maintain seamless flow.
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A natural ability to understand and work with machinery.
  • A keen eye for quality and process.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience (A Plus!):
  • Experience with basic forklift operations (driving, lifting, maneuvering).
  • Prior experience working with high-speed production machinery (e.g., in food or consumer goods manufacturing).
  • Ability to make minor repairs using simple hand tools.
  • Experience preparing or understanding detailed work and process flow documentation (SOPs).
