Are you looking for a hands-on role where your work directly supports food safety and quality? Join our team as a Sanitation Associate II and help keep our production areas clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll be part of a team that ensures our equipment and facilities are spotless and ready to deliver high-quality food products to customers.
- Keep our equipment and facilities clean and sanitized to meet safety and quality standards.
- Use cleaning systems like CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-Out-of-Place), and verify that chemicals are being used safely and correctly.
- Take apart and reassemble equipment for cleaning — you’ll become familiar with how things work.
- Perform visual checks and swab testing to ensure everything is cleaned to spec before production starts.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and comply with all food safety and OSHA regulations.
- Help out with safety checks, pest control, and training other team members.
- Document your work and keep records that show tasks were completed correctly.
- Work in a variety of environments — cold, hot, wet, dry, and noisy — with the support of a team that’s got your back.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
- You’ve worked in sanitation, food production, or a similar environment (1+ year preferred).
- You’re comfortable doing physical work and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
- You understand how to follow directions, and you’re not afraid to ask questions when something’s unclear.
- You’re organized, dependable, and take pride in doing things the right way.
- You can do basic math and have solid reading and writing skills to complete forms and follow instructions.
- You know how to work with cleaning chemicals safely — or are eager to learn.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to something bigger.
- Be part of a team that keeps food safe for everyone.
- Get opportunities for training and advancement.
- Work in an essential industry with year-round job stability.
- Make a real impact — your work matters every day.
