Job Description

Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Golden, CO

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and assisting lab teams.

Responsibilities
  • Label, organize, and store work in progress (WIP)
  • Pick, review, and pack finished goods
  • Fulfill work orders to meet delivery deadlines
  • Assist Chem Techs/Chemists during production
  • Perform inventory control and cycle counts (SAP or Great Plains)
  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
  • Maintain quality standards and process control
  • Support other areas as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Basic computer skills (ERP systems preferred)
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
