Job Description

  • Set Up for Printing: Prepare screens and mix ink based on the design you'll be printing.
  • Operate Equipment: Load materials into the machine, run the printer, and check for quality during the process.
  • Support Design Work: Work with the design team to get prints just right and help adjust patterns if needed.
  • Check Quality: Make sure prints look clean, clear, and match the original design.
  • Clean & Maintain Equipment: Help keep the machines clean and running smoothly.
  • Keep Records: Help track how many prints are done, how long jobs take, and what materials are used.

Job Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: You care about doing a good job and notice when something’s off.
  • Physical Ability: You’re comfortable standing and working with your hands throughout the day.
  • Team Player: You’re open to learning and enjoy working with others.
  • Some Experience (Nice to Have): Any background in screen printing, art, or working in a workshop is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person.
