Job Description

Join our dynamic team with HW staffing in Salisbury NC . We are a global leader in providing staffing, recruitment, and consulting services to organizations across a variety of industries.

 For individuals who enjoy hands -on-work   in Salisbury NC , this position involves stacking cardboard and assisting with general warehouse tasks. 
you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality wooden pallets and cardboard angles . Your primary responsibilities will include:

 - Measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden components to construct sturdy and durable pallets
 - Operating power tools and machinery, such as saws, nail guns, and forklifts, to efficiently build pallets
 - Inspecting completed pallets to ensure they meet quality standards
 - Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment

 To be successful in this position, you should have:

 - Previous experience in a light industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably with pallet building or similar woodworking skills
 - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
 - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
 - Proficiency in the use of power tools and machinery
 - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

 This is a temporary-to-hire position with a starting pay rate of $17.84  per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.
