Streaming/Audio Visual Help Desk

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Professional to work for a private religious organization to support all internal employees in streaming and audio visual. This role will be the main contact for team room and conference rooms and will provide support to all staff and visitors. This role also will be a key part of the streaming productions of this highly visible organization. This position will work with the IT Support Specialist for the first level of IT troubleshooting. To support the core mission of our client, the position may require weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

Works closely with the streaming specialist on broadcasting programs and events.

Tests IT equipment to ensure it’s working properly.

Provides technical support for videoconferencing.

Supports events that need streaming and audio visual support.

Maintains and supports any audio visual that staff needs in their workspaces.

Set up and maintain workspace accessories.

Assist with general technology help desk requests as directed by the IT Department.

Maintains mobile devices.

Other duties assigned by the CIO.

Skills

An associate degree and 2 years of experience working with AV systems.

Advance experience with Adobe Suite.

Knowledge of MS Teams and Zoom.

Knowledge of video conferencing equipment, cameras, and touch panels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365.

Able to work teamwork.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrates attention to detail.

Some weekend work is required.
