Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description
Our client, a family-owned specialty bakery, is hiring an Industrial Mechanic to work at their facility in Lincoln, Rhode Island.
The pay is $27.00-$31.00 depending on experience, working 2nd shift or 3rd shift.
As an Industrial Mechanic, you will observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices. The Industrial Mechanic analyzes test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems. The Industrial Mechanic also records repairs and maintenance performed and reports any concerns to management.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Understanding of mechanical blueprints and schematics
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Uses hands and eyes to operate and assess the performance of machinery
- Wears proper protective or safety equipment as required
- Moves items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme weather/temperatures
