Industrial Spray Paint Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Industrial Spray Paint Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining industrial paint line machinery to ensure high-quality coatings and finishes on wood cabinetry and related wood products.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and experience with industrial spray equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial spray paint machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance and product quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of paint line equipment
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
  • Conduct paint viscosity and thickness testing as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience operating industrial paint machinery or similar equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to closely follow written and verbal instructions
  • Experience testing paint viscosity and thickness preferred (training available)
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
