Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Injection Mold Set Up Technician to perform mold changeovers, machine setups, troubleshooting, and process adjustments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and remove injection molds from presses
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure quality production
  • Troubleshoot molding and equipment issues
  • Perform first-piece inspections and basic preventative maintenance
  • Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

  • Experience in an injection molding environment required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hand tools, overhead cranes, and mold clamps
  • Knowledge of plastic resins and molding processes
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
