Production & Packaging Associate

What You’ll Do
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow work instructions, production orders, or batch tickets to complete tasks accurately.
- Package, label, and inspect products to meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete documentation.
- Support inventory control, including loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Work toward meeting production goals and schedules.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to grow your skills.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Take on other responsibilities that support the success of the team.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
- Forklift or industrial truck experience is a plus (training provided if needed).
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in a quality-driven or regulated environment is a bonus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and maneuver heavier items with assistance.
- Good vision and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production setting, which may include exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, or fumes.
