Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Position Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Cincinnati, OH
 
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Ink Packager to join a manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves filling and packaging ink into various bottles, containers, and drums. It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a manufacturing company, with potential to advance into a Batch Maker role where you’ll learn to mix and produce different ink products. 
This is a temp to perm position, contingent on successfully completing the company’s interview process.
 
What You'll Do
  • Fill ink into bottles, containers, and drums.
  • Package and label finished ink products.
  • Move materials and finished products around the work area.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Work safely around manufacturing equipment and materials.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Help with other warehouse or production tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is required and must be reflected on a resume.
  • Good attendance and punctuality are very important.
  • Someone who can work independently and stay productive.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
  • Previous jobs lasting 2 years or more are preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to be trained on a forklift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and ink products.
