Job Description

We are looking for Insert Operators to join our team! 1st and 2nd shift available! 

The Insert Operator will be responsible for setting up and managing the insert machine, ensuring that all work is produced accurately and on schedule. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Primary Duties:

  • Configure and operate the insert machine, maintaining optimal functionality.
  • Regularly conduct quality inspections during production to ensure high standards.
  • Accurately complete QC sign-off sheets and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Promptly report any mechanical issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with client information.

Job Requirements

 

  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, stretching and bending for the shift.  
  • Strong mechanical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to assist in other areas when needed.
  • HS Diploma or GED
