- Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new sales leads.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from current and potential customers.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our manufacturing products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional service and act as a trusted point of contact.
- Address customer questions, requests, and issues efficiently.
- Manage leads and customer data in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, proposals, and purchase orders.
- Verify and process orders accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Generate and maintain reports on sales activities and progress.
- Work closely with outside sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, product demand, and market trends.
- Stay informed on company products, industry developments, and competitors.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related manufacturing sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
