Job Description
As an Inspection Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that products meet both functional and cosmetic standards before they are resold. You will test, inspect, and assign a grading condition to items using web-based interfaces and structured questionnaires. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as your work directly impacts customer satisfaction.
- Functionally test and cosmetically inspect a variety of consumer electronic products.
- Assign a grade to each item using web-based grading tools and questionnaires.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in inspections; all work is subject to ongoing quality audits.
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining top-level quality standards.
- Recognize and report problems that could impact product usability or customer experience.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating web pages, using applications, and performing basic computer functions.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking skills to identify potential defects or issues.
- Product Familiarity: Comfortable working with a range of consumer electronics, such as desktop printers, landline phones, and small kitchen appliances (e.g., coffee brewers, blenders, grinders, hot water boilers).
- Detail-Oriented: Quality is the top priority; accuracy is essential for success in this role.
