Job Description:

$3,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS

This position primary function is operating inspection/finishing equipment in such a manner as to provide finished good which meet all customer requirements. The position requires the ability to visually inspect 100% of a printed web in roll form for extended periods of time with limited distractions by surrounding activities. Scheduled hours are determined by, and include overtime as necessary to satisfy customer demands.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and eliminate all rejectable material with reference to customer requirements.

2. A thorough understanding of specifications for product construction, defect identification, and terminology.

3. Mechanical aptitude sufficient to operate production machinery, material handling devices and quality test equipment.

4. Follow standard operating procedures pertinent to material handling, defect identification/removal, record keeping, shipment preparation, security and safety.

5. Perform appropriate quality control tests and advise production supervisor and quality personnel of non-conformance.

6. Keep neat and accurate records applicable to the function

7. Based on operational need, may be asked to train Associates on equipment/process/products.

8. Based on operational need, may be asked to cross-train on other equipment/process/products.

9. Any other duty required to maximize efficient company operations in conformance to customer requirements.

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude sufficient to operate light production machinery, material handling devices and quality test equipment

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be willing to work shift work, overtime, and weekends as required

Medical certification to assure the physical capabilities of job performance

Ability to read, write, keep neat and accurate records, and follow written and verbal instructions
