As an Integration Specialist you will play a pivotal role in the successful integration of hardware, networking components, and systems both in our Integration Lab and at client sites. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a background in hardware, racking, and stacking, ideally holding CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent networking certifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform customer system builds, including custom configuration of servers, installation of additional hardware, and firmware updates.
2. Rack, cable, and label servers and related components in the Integration Lab and at client locations.
3. Respond to, triage, and resolve technical support requests promptly and effectively.
4. Perform OS installations with thorough documentation.
5. Test and verify hardware and support peripherals to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements, meticulously recording data.
6. Participate in the on-call rotation schedule, providing timely responses to support calls.
7. Travel to client sites as needed, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
8. Stay updated on advancements in computer technology and continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
10. Work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

1. Education and Certifications:

   • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent networking certifications preferred.
   • BG/DT Required

Physical Requirements:

• Willingness to work on-site in data centers for extended periods.
