Job Description

Currently, we have an opportunity for a US FIELD INVENTORY ANALYST II based in AUSTIN, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute processes and develop tools to manage field inventory in collaboration with supply chain and customer service teams.
  • Optimize inventory levels and minimize expenses (scrap and freight).
  • Collaborate with sales management and representatives to ensure alignment on inventory targets and execution of projects.
  • Spend time in the field with sales personnel to understand business needs.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain inventory, implementing Use Before Date policies.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies with customer service, distribution teams, and customers.
  • Extract data from internal systems for inventory management purposes.
  • Coordinate cycle counts activities with Sales Representatives.
  • Support Company initiatives and comply with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in inventory management.
  • Intermediate capability in Microsoft Excel and SAP/Business Objects strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • BG/DT Required

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • 3+ years related experience in customer service, purchasing, material management, or warehouse.
  • Experience in an enterprise/cross-division business unit model.
  • Knowledge of ERP system or MRP preferred.
