Job Description

Are you a detail-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you take pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently? We’re looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain and improve inventory accuracy in a dynamic warehouse setting.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for cycle counts, variance reconciliation, and inventory reporting. You’ll work closely with warehouse leadership to ensure every item is accounted for — and that nothing slips through the cracks. If you’re analytical, organized, and ready to take ownership of inventory processes, this could be your next great opportunity.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with occasional shift flexibility to support audits, vacations, or special projects. Cold storage experience is a plus!

Pay Rate $21 

 Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and communicate results to management
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances at the location level
  • Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain detailed spreadsheets and provide weekly inventory reports

What You’ll Need
  • 3–5 years of inventory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
  • Strong math and analytical skills; Excel and Word proficiency required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold storage (-15°F)
  • Certification in operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scissor lifts)

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with GMP, allergen handling, HACCP, and food safety protocols
  • Experience with unit-of-measure conversions and cycle count systems
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
