Job Description

INVENTORY CONTROL/QA RESPONSIBILITIES
-Must be flexible with the ability to work Saturdays and overtime when needed.
-Supports the execution of all processes and procedures related to inventory accuracy.
-Performs warehouse bin accuracy and maintains inventory shrink.
-Utilizes Order Management System and various types of material handling equipment.
-Investigates inventory discrepancies.
-Investigates bin location variances.
-Research problem orders and receipts.
-Input’s data into Order management system.
-Performs system entries to maintain inventory and bin accuracy.
-Performs to quality standards in multiple functions.
-Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills, & Abilities:
-Minimum of two years experience working with Order management systems/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
-Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
-Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
-Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
-Able to transport up to 20 lbs. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
-Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
-Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
-Able to effectively use relevant material handling equipment.
-Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information.
