What You'll Do:
  • Support and execute all processes and procedures to maintain precise inventory records and minimize shrink. This includes performing regular warehouse bin accuracy checks.
  • Utilize our Order Management System (OMS) and various material handling equipment to track and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, bin location variances, and troubleshoot problem orders and receipts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform consistently to high-quality standards across multiple functions within the warehouse.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with Order Management Systems or similar inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Able to interact effectively and build solid working relationships with all levels of management and colleagues.
  • Able to effectively use relevant material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
  • Proficient in basic mathematical calculations.
