Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our shipping department. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, follows processes diligently, and understands the importance of attendance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory in our small warehouse, including adding and issuing parts using our ERP software system.
  • Operate a hand pallet jack to move inventory as needed.
  • Perform strapping and packing of parts for shipment.
  • Conduct cycle counting and assist with inventory audits.
  • Support the shipping department with various tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of inventory control (training will be provided).
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow established processes.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are critical.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience with ERP software is a plus but not required.
  • Must be physically capable of performing warehouse tasks.
