Job Description

Company in Warren is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic

Set-Up Mechanics at the Company are responsible for the efficient set-up, operation, and maintenance of all Emmeci and Kolbus box-making and case-making equipment.

They are responsible for ensuring ISO-9001 standards and processes are adhered to, and that the quality of finished goods meets the company Quality Standard. This position reports to the Production Manager.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on electro-mechanical intuition and abilities.
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude- we want to enjoy our work!
  • Have excellent verbal communication, strong math, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of machines, tools, their design, use, repair, and preventative maintenance.
  • Must have 3+ years hands-on experience working with mechanical tools and/or fabrication.
  • Must have 2+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, push, walk and stand throughout shift.
  • Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, factory documentation, blueprints, etc.
  • Ability to read measurement devices (calipers, micrometers, and tape measures).
  • Ability to track production rates and counts for each job and data entry into MRP system.
