Landscaping Associate
Core Requirements
1. Operational Efficiency & Staging
  • Crew Support: Proactively organize and stage materials (plants, hardscape, tools) to ensure field crews can maintain a continuous workflow.
  • Material Application: Execute supplemental tasks such as spreading mulch in designated zones to meet project timelines.
  • Site Readiness: Maintain high standards of site upkeep through the diligent removal of debris and trash, ensuring a professional brand image for commercial clients.
2. Asset & Inventory Management
  • Tool Stewardship: Track and inventory tools and supplies to minimize loss and ensure equipment is accounted for at the end of each shift.
  • Facility Maintenance: Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of trailers, storage units, and work zones.
3. Site & Resource Maintenance
  • Hydration Management: Execute watering protocols for plants and newly landscaped areas using established hose systems to ensure plant health and survival post-installation.
4. Administrative Compliance
  • Reporting: Complete all required daily logs and checklists with accuracy.
  • Information Flow: Provide timely reporting on inventory levels or site issues to the Crew Leader or Operations Manager.

Functional Requirements
  • Environment: Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Technical: Competency in using basic landscape hand tools and hose systems.
  • Organizational: Strong attention to detail regarding inventory and site cleanliness.
