Job Description

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Large Format Finishing Operator for a company located in Tinton Falls, NJ

 

Monday – Friday

2nd shift: 3pm-11pm

 

Depending on experience - $18-$20/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Read, follow and execute the job as per the work instructions.
  • Handwork operations – Affix tape, Velcro, grommet, etc.
  • Carton pack job components according to distribution list.
  • Create cartons utilizing the Pack size machine.
  • Follow all procedures and perform the appropriate quality control checks.
  • Accurate data collection for hours worked on projects via computer.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and co-workers. 
  • Assist in cleaning up work area daily.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or Large Format department. 
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter.

Durst or Vutek press experience preferred. CNC experience is okay.
