Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating fiber laser machines (minimum 1,000 watts) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and skilled in laser cutting operations, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor fiber laser machines (Amada preferred; Trumpf or comparable brands acceptable)
  • Cut materials including mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate part cutting
  • Access and run laser cutting programs
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and uphold safety protocols
  • Maintain production efficiency and meet quality standards
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience operating fiber lasers (1,000 watts or more)
  • Experience in a production environment is required
  • Familiarity with Amada, Trumpf, or similar laser systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to machine upkeep
  • Ability to work independently on the 2nd shift schedule
