Job Description

Job Title ** Lead Supervisor – Secondary Sort Area
Pay: $40,000 – $50,000 annually ($19.23 – $24.04 hourly)
Language Requirement: ** Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Lead Supervisor to oversee operations in the Secondary Sort Area of our main facility. This role supports overall warehouse leadership and is responsible for managing a team of 35–40 temporary staff members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily work in the secondary sort area.
• Provide direct oversight and accountability for 35–40 temporary staff members.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure sorting processes are understood and followed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Report to the Warehouse Floor Manager and escalate issues when necessary.
• Track progress, ensure quality, and help drive throughput in a time-sensitive setting.

Candidate Profile:
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse or operations setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear updates and feedback to Warehouse Managers.
