Job Description

Position Summary
The Quality Control Batcher is responsible for accurately preparing and mixing ingredients based on formulas and quality standards to ensure safe, consistent food or beverage products. This role supports production by following recipes, performing quality checks, and maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per batch sheets and SOPs
  • Verify ingredients, lot numbers, and expiration dates
  • Operate batching and mixing equipment safely
  • Perform basic quality checks (pH, temperature, etc.)
  • Record production data accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
  • Communicate issues or deviations to Production and Quality teams
  • Monitor inventory and support production as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and production environments
