What You'll Do:
As a Senior Inventory System Control Clerk, you'll be at the heart of our operations, playing a crucial role in the movement and management of materials. Your responsibilities will include:
  • From receiving and unpacking incoming goods to distributing them across our manufacturing lines, you'll ensure everything is where it needs to be.
  • You'll meticulously check goods against purchase orders and invoices, verifying quantities, weights, and specifications.
  • You'll keep thorough records of all received goods, packing sheets, and essential documents.
  • You'll perform picking and kitting according to parts lists, verify documentation, and set up kits for delivery.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of inventory procedures and a commitment to precision. Ideally, you'll have:
  • Proven experience in shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
  • A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • The ability to lift heavy items and, if not already certified, a willingness to become certified in material handling equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of MRP systems!
