Production Associate 
1st and 2nd shift
Entry Level to experienced welcome!

Looking for a hands-on role where attention to detail matters? Whether you're just starting out or ready for a career change, we’re hiring Manufacturing Production Technicians to join our essential production team. No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a sharp eye for detail.
What You’ll Do:
  • Assemble and produce products in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
  • Inspect parts and materials for quality and accuracy
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
  • Work closely with team leaders and coworkers to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and focus
  • Ability to work with precision on repetitive tasks
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm conditions
