Picker/Packer – Manufacturing Environment

Gardner, MA | Full-time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Join a growing manufacturing team in Gardner, MA! We’re hiring dependable Picker/Packers to support production, packaging, and quality operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate assigned machines safely and efficiently
  • Hand-pick and count product according to order specifications
  • Inspect parts for quality and defects
  • Verify counts and weights using a scale
  • Apply accurate labels and ensure proper packaging
  • Communicate with the team on machine performance and issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Ability to read and follow written & verbal instructions in English
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
