We are seeking a Senior Quality Technician for a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, wafers, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual and mechanical inspections using hand tools, gauges, optical equipment, and CMM
Conduct GD&T measurements and interpret engineering prints
Perform wafer inspection and support screen printing quality processes
Test parts using fine leak tester, hipot, capacitance meter, and related equipment
Support AS9102 first article inspections and ensure compliance with IPC 610, J-STD, and Mil-883 standards
Maintain QC documentation, calibration support, shipping verification, and corrective actions
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office Suite for reporting and data tracking
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ year of Quality Inspection experience
Ability to read blueprints and measure machined products accurately
Experience with inspection tools and precision measurement equipment
Ability to stand consistently throughout an 8 hour shift
