Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Technician for a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, wafers, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform visual and mechanical inspections using hand tools, gauges, optical equipment, and CMM
  • Conduct GD&T measurements and interpret engineering prints
  • Perform wafer inspection and support screen printing quality processes
  • Test parts using fine leak tester, hipot, capacitance meter, and related equipment
  • Support AS9102 first article inspections and ensure compliance with IPC 610, J-STD, and Mil-883 standards
  • Maintain QC documentation, calibration support, shipping verification, and corrective actions
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office Suite for reporting and data tracking
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of Quality Inspection experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and measure machined products accurately
  • Experience with inspection tools and precision measurement equipment
  • Ability to stand consistently throughout an 8 hour shift
