Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precision Manufacturing: Operate molding machines to produce high-quality parts.
  • Detailed Assembly: Assemble components into finished products, following detailed instructions.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet strict quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
