Job Description

Warehouse Associate Position – Full Time

Garage Door manufacturer and distributor, privately owned and operated for 70+ years, currently recruiting a qualified individual with exceptional work ethic for a position in the Hudson, MA distribution warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work well both alone and with others, have excellent attendance records, and be able to prioritize tasks during fast-paced times of the year.

SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
40 Hours/week, with possible overtime during the months of September thru December.

 

 

DUTIES to include but not limited to:

  • Shipping and receiving product, by hand and with forklift
  • Greeting customers to the warehouse and fulfilling orders
  • Packaging and strapping materials to create order bundles
  • Light manufacturing of steel section slabs, torsion springs, metal tracks & hardware
  • Occasional light office work such as answering phones, sending emails, printing orders

COMPENSATION:
Competitive hourly wage, based on experience and credentials

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Positive workplace attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Analytical and mechanical mindset
  • Be able to lift 75 lbs
  • Adequate knowledge of hand tools and power tools
  • Welding or acetylene torch experience a plus
