 Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team in Lawrence! If you’re someone who enjoys staying active, keeping things organized, and playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll help manage the flow of materials in and out of the facility, ensure shipments are accurate, and support a safe, efficient work environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, counting, and logging inventory.
  • Inspect all deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts to move materials safely.
  • Keep accurate records of all shipments and inventory movements.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and quality standards.
  • Jump in to help with other warehouse tasks as needed — teamwork makes the dream work!
What You Bring
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
  • Forklift certification (required)
  • Strong attention to detail — you notice the little things that others might miss
  • Dependability and accountability — the team can count on you
  • A positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt when things get busy
