Assembler – 2nd Shift
Location: Londonderry, NH
Pay Rate: $20.90/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our production team on 2nd shift. This is a benchwork, seated position in a cleanroom-like environment requiring a smock, PPE, and hairnet. You will perform hands-on assembly of small parts using epoxies, bonding agents, torque tools, and light microscopes. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a crafting or fine motor skills background, such as building models, jewelry making, or other small part assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble mechanical, optical, and electrical components per work instructions
  • Use RTV, epoxy, and bonding adhesives for part integration
  • Perform accurate visual inspections and functional tests throughout the assembly process
  • Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness standards including ESD procedures
  • Record and report defects and process data into digital systems
  • Use basic hand tools, torque tools, and microscopes during assembly
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions on a monitor
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Participate in team meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0 to 3 years of related experience
  • Ability to lift 5–10 lbs routinely
  • Comfortable using digital systems for tracking and issue logging
  • Able to read and follow digital work instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with small-part assembly or intricate handwork
  • Exposure to electronics, optical, or cleanroom environments
  • Experience with microscopes, camera tools, or bonding materials
  • Crafting experience (e.g., Legos, jewelry making, modeling)

  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic

Work Environment:
  • Seated, repetitive tasks at a bench
