Kettle Cook Associate –

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving setting and takes pride in producing quality food products.
As a Kettle Cook Associate, you’ll work in a hot production environment, preparing and mixing ingredients according to established formulas. You’ll be responsible for accurate food processing and documentation while ensuring your work area remains clean and safe. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate kettle equipment for food production.
  • Accurately add ingredients and follow formulas to ensure product consistency.
  • Stir mixtures using paddles or agitators and record time and temperature for each batch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in food manufacturing or commercial cooking strongly desired.
  • Ability to work in a hot environment and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
