Industry Leader in Snowplow & Ice Control Products 
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our client’s team as Assembler/Packer. In this role, you'll be a key part of the production process—assembling, packaging, and preparing high-quality snowplow and ice control products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bench and structural assembly, boxing, and bagging operations
  • Operate various machines and tools including conveyors, bagging machines, and strapping tools
  • Maintain quality standards and follow work instructions
  • Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized (5-S practices)
  • Participate in team initiatives and training
  • Report any issues to team leads or supervisors
  • Use material handling equipment safely
  • Assist in preventative maintenance and other assigned tasks
