Location: Madison Heights 
Hourly Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 (pay will depend upon experience, to include type of machine operation)

Our client, a trusted name in snowplow and ice control solutions, is looking for skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join their team in the Profiling, Fabrication, Rotomold, or Machine Shop departments. This is a hands-on role supporting the production of high-quality equipment that helps keep roads safe during winter. If you’re mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and ready to grow, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production
  • Perform quality checks and test cycles to maintain product standards
  • Conduct general equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with other shifts and departments to meet daily goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment (6-S practices)
  • Handle materials safely, including operating powered industrial trucks
  • Track production data and usage of supplies
  • Follow company safety policies and report hazards promptly
  • Take part in training and continuous improvement activities
  • Support other duties as assigned

  • Ability to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed
