Company Overview: HW Staffing Solutions has partnered with a local, well-established firm to fill an experienced Material Handler position.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse and distribution team. In this role, you will support the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials, helping to maintain a smooth inventory flow throughout the facility. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will contribute directly to the success of daily operations and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate Material-handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
  • Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts
  • Work closely with the shipping and receiving team to improve processes and support efficient workflow
  • Follow all safety guidelines and uphold a clean, safe working environment
Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced role lifting up to 50 lbs. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in material handling, shipping, or receiving
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
