Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Assembler I to join our team in Milford, MA. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities of the Assembler I:
  • Perform light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Support the department in meeting daily production schedules and quality goals.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing corrective actions for issues with instruments, assemblies, processes, tooling, and materials.
  • Work collaboratively with support functions to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining documentation for assembly processes and equipment.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
Requirements for the Assembler I:
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
