Job Description

As a Bilingual Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality and a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply!

What You Will Do:
  • Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to address customer Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
  • Implement preventive actions to avoid product failures.
  • Perform First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to support existing and new product development.
  • Provide instruction, guidance, and direction to manufacturing employees in determining acceptable products.
  • Create Certificates of Compliance (C of C) documents for product shipments.
  • Maintain control system documents and perform general administrative tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Some experience with Quality Standards – ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A good understanding of the metric system, general metrology, and statistics is a plus.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certificate/training is a plus.
