About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable Slitting Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, follows instructions well, and takes pride in producing accurate, high‑quality materials.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor slitting machine equipment
  • Read and interpret work orders, instructions, and measurement requirements
  • Set up machine parameters and ensure proper alignment and material feed
  • Inspect finished materials for accuracy and quality
  • Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to read and follow work orders and written instructions
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience operating slitting, converting, or similar machinery
  • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience
