Maintenance Technician
Job Description
- Troubleshoot, repair, and modify production and facility equipment, including mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Maintain facility infrastructure such as buildings, HVAC, lighting, compressed air systems, and parking lots.
- Operate machine tools (drills, mills, lathes, grinders, welders) to fabricate or repair parts.
- Perform regular and as-needed setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
- Assemble, disassemble, inspect, and rework equipment and tools as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve process flow and reduce operational waste.
- Assist in procedure documentation and improvement initiatives.
- Associate degree in Maintenance Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
- Certification in Natural Gas preferred (training will be provided if not certified).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and equipment/system repair experience.
- Understanding of mechanical and electromechanical processes and production workflows.
- Proficiency in assembly, soldering, inspection, and tool operation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, documents, and technical procedures.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
