 Location: Phoenix, AZ
 Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
 Schedule: Full-Time
 Screening: Drug Screen & Background Check Required
About the Role:
 We’re looking for a detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic production team in Phoenix! In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of painting-related tasks to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. If you take pride in precision work, enjoy a hands-on environment, and thrive in a fast-paced setting — we’d love to have you on board!
What You’ll Do:
  • Support painters with tasks such as masking, touch-up work, applying primer/paint, and using stencils.
  • Perform self-inspections to ensure all work meets established quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Accurately record production data, complete paperwork, and log material usage.
  • Move and position materials, tools, and parts as needed to support workflow.
What You Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of painting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Steady hands and attention to detail — you take pride in a flawless finish!
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written work instructions.
  • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to maintaining high-quality results.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience reading and working from blueprints.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing painting processes and quality standards.
