Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (10-hour shifts)
Screening: Drug Screen & Background Check Required
About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused Assembler to join our energetic production team in Phoenix! In this hands-on role, you’ll be building components and assemblies that meet high-quality standards. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in precision work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
  • Assemble a wide range of parts, from simple to complex components, using hand and power tools.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and acceptance test guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Package and store finished goods properly and safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision.
  • Support your team by performing additional production duties as needed.
What You Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a production or assembly environment (or equivalent training/education).
  • Ability to use hand tools and perform mechanical assembly with both hands.
  • Strength to lift, pull, and move up to 60 lbs unassisted.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to read and apply work instructions and order-specific details.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Previous aerospace or technical assembly experience — a big plus!
