 Hiring now in Salisbury NC for Pallet Builders on  1st and 2nd shift !  you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality wooden pallets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

 - Measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden components to construct sturdy and durable pallets
 - Operating power tools and machinery, such as saws, nail guns, and forklifts if needed , to efficiently build pallets
 - Inspecting completed pallets to ensure they meet quality standards
 - Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment

 To be successful in this position, you should have:

 - Previous experience in a light industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably with pallet building or similar woodworking skills
 - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
 - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
 - Proficiency in the use of power tools and machinery
 - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

 This is a temporary-to-hire position with a target pay rate of $18  to $ 19 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package as well.
