Job Title: Precision Assembler
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.50 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Precision Assembler to join our production team in Tempe, AZ. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment using hand tools, microscopes, spot welders, and other equipment to assemble high-precision tube components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and experience following strict procedures to maintain production quality and schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components using hand tools, spot welders, and microscopes, following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
  • Load and unload tube components from manual and automated processing equipment.
  • Operate within cleanroom environments under laminar flow conditions to prevent contamination.
  • Wear cleanroom attire, including bunny suits, rubber gloves, smocks, and rubber cots when handling components and alcohol-based solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • U.S. Citizenship required (security clearance eligibility).
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance within 6 months of hire.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cleanroom experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to make quality decisions quickly and independently.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
  • Repetitive physical tasks with light materials and tools.
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Close concentration and manual dexterity required for precision assembly tasks.
  • Work performed in a clean, dust-free controlled environment with strict cleanliness standards.
