  • Utilize systematic problem-solving approaches to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of injection molding processing experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of safety specifications and procedures.
  • Proficiency in quality standards and systems, including SPC.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
