Logistics Specialist/Bookkeeper
Job Description
- You'll oversee a variety of critical logistics functions, from coordinating incoming container shipments and managing essential documentation to ensuring the seamless flow of our entire order cycle.
- You'll handle essential data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all records.
- You'll leverage your QuickBooks expertise to manage bookkeeping tasks and maintain robust financial records.
- Utilize your advanced Excel skills for tracking, analysis, and reporting to support both logistics and financial operations.
- A Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Excellent phone and computer skills, with a professional and effective communication style.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Experience with inventory management is a significant plus!
